Field House Surgery is normally open from 8.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays, except bank holidays. Consultations with the doctors are available Monday to Friday by appointment.

Flamborough Branch Surgery, Chapel Street, Flamborough is attended Monday to Friday 9.00am - 10.00am. Appointments are now bookable between these times. This branch is for Flamborough residents only.

Emergencies And Outside Normal Working Hours Arrangements

In the event of a severe and sudden emergency at any time such as chest pains, shortness of breath, collapse or unconciousness you should phone 999 for an ambulance immediately.

For any form of injury or perisistent nosebleed you should attend the nearest casualty department. For general advice NHS Direct is available at all times on 0845 4647 or by visiting NHS Direct. If you need to speak to an emergency general practitioner out of normal working hours, phone 01262 673362 and you will be directed to the out-of-hours emergency service. Please only do this if it cannot wait until the next morning’s routine surgery time.

Weekend And Night Cover

Please telephone 01262 673362. You will then be informed of the telephone number of the out-of-hours service to call between 6.00pm and 8.00am weekdays and at all times throughout weekends and bank holidays. These out-of-hours services are provided by the East Riding of Yorkshire PCT, Health House, Grange Park Lane, Willerby, HU10 6DT.

Disabled Access

The front entrance of the surgery has no steps and wide door space to allow ample room for wheelchair access. The WC on the ground floor is able to be used by disabled patients. Alternatively, the disabled toilet in the Watson Family Centre is available. The staff will be pleased to assist anyone who has any difficulties with access.

For those with hearing difficulties we have a loop system. Ask a receptionist for help. Simply switch to the "T" setting on your hearing aid to hear loud and clear.
