How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion. You may ring
us direct on 01262 607 613. Prescriptions are normally issued for a 28-day period
and requests for them can be made via telephone from 8.30am - 11.30am and 2.00pm
- 5.00pm. You must provide us with 48 hours' notice. Please make allowances for
weekends and public holidays. Where possible, give exact drug names when ordering.
You can order your prescription in the following ways:
| |
Dropping the right-hand side of your prescription into the box at reception, marking each required item with a cross. NO handwritten requests will be accepted. |
| |
By post, and if you attach a stamped address envelope we will send your prescription (not medicines) to you (unless you are a dispensing patient) |
| |
Prescriptions can be
ordered on-line. You may email your request to: fieldhouse.surgery@nhs.net |
Please make your prescription order clear and always remember to order your medication well in advance so you dont run out.
All prescriptions require a minimum of 48 hours to be processed. If you require
delivery please allow 72 hours. dispensig patients must allow 72 hours before
collecting medication or receiving delivery (a lot of problems arise when patients
come too early to collect their prescriptions)
