How Do I....
Register With The Practice?

If you would like to join our practice please come to the surgery and bring your medical card with you. If you do not have one, we can still register you. It would be very helpful if you can let us know your NHS number. All new patients will need to attend a registration health check with one of our nursing team; this lasts about twenty minutes. You will have the opportunity to discuss any health queries you may have. You will then be registered as a patient.
